Introduction

Michael Dittberner is a partner with the Twin Cities firm of Linder, Dittberner & Bryant, Ltd. Mr. Dittberner practices exclusively in the area of family law, including contested custody matters, along with property divisions, spousal maintenance cases and child support proceedings. Mr. Dittberner is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and is a fellow in the Minnesota Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He also teaches many continuing legal education courses in the area of family law and helps to compile the case law update for the annual Family Law Institute seminar. For many years he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and a member of the top five percent of family law attorneys in Minnesota. Mr. Dittberner received his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of law.
