McFarling Law Group was formed in 2003. From its very inception Family Law was the main focus of the firm. Emily’s goal has always been to practice law in an area that actually makes a difference and that she can see the results firsthand. Our firm is attentive to client’s needs, providing a supportive and communicative environment and competent representation.

Practice emphasizes traditional client representation and litigation in all areas of family law, including contested divorce, appeals, guardianship, annulment, child custody, parental abduction, international parental abduction, Federal Hague petitions, child relocations, high conflict disputes, complex financial analysis, name changes, paternity, and uncontested divorce.
