Introduction

David N. Hofstein is the founding shareholder and President of the Philadelphia based domestic relations firm of Hofstein, Weiner & Meyer, P.C. He is a pioneer in modern family law, having begun his practice in domestic relations contemporaneously with the creation of the Pennsylvania Divorce Code in 1980. He continues to negotiate and litigate the most complex custody and divorce cases, utilizing his over thirty years of handling such cases.
