Kathleen concentrates in the area of family law. Her practice includes complex divorce and custody matters, and she often serves as a court-appointed Best Interest Attorney for children in custody disputes. As a complement to her professional pursuits, Kathleen has also fashioned an equally formidable career in public service as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates where she serves as Vice Chair of the House Judiciary Committee.
