Practice State

I've been practicing family law in Utah since 1989, I feel respected among my peers and have worked hard to maintain the highest level of expertise and acumen. While I've handled countless cases in the courts, my philosophy has evolved to a firm belief that unless absolutely necessary the courtroom should be a place of of last resort. I litigate as needed but am a proponent of and believer in achieving peaceful outcomes through private dispute resolution. My approach is one of problem-solving and formulating sensible parenting plans. I try to be a voice of reason, to keep child welfare front and center, to keep it civil and in perspective and to build community in the context of parental and spousal separation.
