Mr. Bertin is Co-Chair of the Family Law Group at Obermayer. He is an in-demand attorney and has widespread appeal to clients of all economic levels, from complex large marital estates, to the basic divorce. Mr. Bertin has written over 100 articles. Mr. Bertin won the most important high income child support case in Pennsylvania in decades, in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which has changed support law in Pennsylvania forever.
