The AAML Board of Directors is comprised of the Officers and non-voting members of AAML, which include the Chairs of Membership, Newsletter & Social Media, Bylaws, the Editor of the Journal, the Parliamentarian and Counsel. The Board of Directors is responsible for acting on the House’s behalf between the Annual and Midyear Meetings. The Officers of the Board of Directors act as the National Board of Review making determinations in accepting members into Fellowship.
