The Board of Governors is the legislative and governing body of the Academy. The  members are comprised of the national officers, the Journal editor (a non-voting member), representatives from each chartered Chapter and six Governors at Large, including representatives from non-chartered Chapters. The Board is the legislative and governing body of the Academy. The Board meets twice each year in conjunction with the Annual and Midyear Meetings.
