This April, the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers will again offer its acclaimed 2-day educational program covering sophisticated divorce law topics. The objective of this black-letter-law seminar is to quickly cover the difficult subjects that the AAML requires its Fellows to master.
A mix of nationally known and locally represented faculty will teach the topics covered on the AAML national exam. Subjects covered are also on the certification tests of many states that recognize the certified family lawyer credential.
Attendees will learn the principles of divorce taxation; business valuation; divorce bankruptcy; interstate and international child custody and support jurisdiction; pensions; social security; executive compensation; and principles of custody.
This fast-paced lecture program and written materials will give attendees confidence to take the AAML national exam should they choose to do so.
