Abigail Cohen

Abigail M. Cohen is a Senior Associate at Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A., and is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has practiced exclusively in marital and family law since 2012.

Ms. Cohen earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated 7th in her class, and her B.A. from the University of Florida. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts since her admission to the Florida Bar in 1993.

She is trained in Collaborative Law, a member of Choose Collaborative, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Women Leaders in Law. Her firm is ranked a Tier-1 Family Law Firm by U.S. News – Best Lawyers for 2025.
