My practice focuses on Collaborative Family Law, Mediation, and negotiated settlements. Most people don’t want to go to court, but most attorneys treat their cases like you are going to court. I treat the court as an option of last resort.

- I have made more than 60 continuing education presentations to local, state and national legal groups in the past 20 years. My first presentation, on premarital agreements, was in July 1996.
