My practice focuses on Collaborative Family Law, Mediation, and negotiated settlements. Most people don’t want to go to court, but most attorneys treat their cases like you are going to court. I treat the court as an option of last resort.

  • I have made more than 60 continuing education presentations to local, state and national legal groups in the past 20 years.  My first presentation, on premarital agreements, was in July 1996.  Most recently, I spoke to the Tulsa County Bar Solo and Small Firm Section on fixed fees in family law cases in August 2019.
