Kristen Barrett

Ms. Barrett practices family law handling divorce, custody, support, property allocation, guardianships, and adoption matters. She has been appointed by the Circuit Courts for both Harford and Montgomery Counties to represent persons in guardianship matters and minor children in complex custody litigation. She is a trained mediator and collaborative law attorney. Ms. Barrett can assist with all methods of dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, and litigation.
