Ms. Rogness handles family law cases by strategizing the best course of action for each case, whether that be traditional litigation, mediation or the Collaborative Process. She is a trained mediator and Financial Early Neutral Evaluator, and handles cases at the appellate level.

Ms. Rogness is the chair of the 19th District Ethics Committee for the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, and a General Assembly liaison for the MSBA.
