Maxine is a Principal of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC and the original founding Member. She concentrates her practice in traditional litigation, collaborative divorce, and attorney-assisted mediation. She also handles prenuptial agreements, adoptions, and appeals. Maxine was previously certified for appointment as a guardian ad litem for children, from May 2013 – April 2023, until she resigned for other roles. Maxine is actively involved in both AAML and AFCC.
