Ms. Donovan is a partner in the law firm of Dart, Adamson & Donovan, Salt Lake City, Utah. She was admitted to the Utah State Br in 1979. She is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and current President of the Mountain States Chapter of the AAML. She is also a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Past Member and Chair of the Board of Trustees of Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake, member of Association of Collaborative Professionals (ACP), member of the Utah State Bar Pro Bono Commission and New Lawyer Training Program. She was named Family Law Lawyer of the Year in 1992, Mentor of the Year in 2012, and received the 2017 Christine M. Durham Utah Woman Lawyer of the Year. She served as a Bar Commissioner with the Utah State Bar and Judicial Conduct Commissioner from 1998-2001. Ms. Donovan is a trained mediator in domestic relations and speaks regularly on many subjects in the area of family law.
