Find Your Community
AAML Communities of Practice are peer-driven groups that connect Fellows around shared professional interests to learn, exchange ideas and collaborate throughout the year. Designed to foster meaningful engagement beyond chapter activities and national meetings, these communities provide a forum to discuss emerging challenges, explore best practices and build professional relationships. The strength of each community comes from Fellows’ shared expertise and experiences. By contributing to discussions and exchanging resources, Fellows help create a richer experience for everyone.
Whether you’re seeking practical solutions, fresh perspectives, valuable connections or opportunities to contribute thought leadership, Communities of Practice offer direct access to a network of accomplished AAML Fellows navigating many of the same opportunities and challenges.
AAML is pleased to offer two Communities of Practice, the Business & Practice Management Community and the Technology Solutions Community.

Joani Moberg, Family Law Attorney at Henschel Moberg, P.A
Prior to beginning private practice, I clerked for Justice Paul H. Anderson at the Minnesota Supreme Court. Since then, my practice has been devoted entirely to family law. I assist families with divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time (visitation), spousal maintenance, property division, post-decree matters, antenuptial (prenuptial) agreements and appeals. My clients can expect a compassionate advocate. My goal is to assist families through a difficult transition and find solutions to help them move forward. I am committed to finding creative ways to reach agreement, including using various forms of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or early neutral evaluations, or handling cases collaboratively. If that fails, I am able to assertively advocate for their interests in court.
