Fern is a JAMS neutral. She manages all forms of family dispute, including divorce, custody, probate matters, and interstate and international enforcement and modification of decrees. She is an AAML trained Arbitrator and Family Law Mediator, and a court trained Conciliator. She is also trained to teach high conflict dispute resolution. Fern is the only Massachusetts lawyer appointed to serve on the two most recent child support guidelines review committees and the alimony reform task force.
